WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
It depends on the season you'll be coming. Generally, the weather is nice and warm with the best months to visit being April, May, June, September and October.
You'll need sunglasses, suncream and a hat all year around. It very rarely rains.
The coldest month of the year is January with approx 10-12 degrees on the coldest days.
From November until February/March, you will need some warm clothes (jumper, jacket, long trousers and socks) because of chilly mornings and evenings temperatures although you'll also be able sometimes to wear only a t-shirt on a hot sunny winter day.
You will need some comfortable clothes for the yoga classes and a pair of shoes you can easily slide on and off to access the areas for the practice.
Bring also some slippers, walking shoes and if it's warm enough a bathing suit with you.
You can bring your own mat and/or medtation cushion if you have one. In case you don't, we have some a t your disposal.

All of the food we provide is vegetarian and as much as possible organic and locally grown.
We also have a our own small vegetable garden, some fruit trees, and herbs. Every year we plant new trees to make our land greener and greener. We just need some patience for mother nature to work this out. :)

You can also share the twin room with a friend or opt for the single use of the room at an extra cost.
