YOga & Retreats
At Casa Bhakti, we believe that all types of practice that could lead living beings to reach permanent happiness are valuable. Everybody from all levels should try out, give a fair chance to the techniques and see by themselves if they want to keep the practice alive in the case it benefits them.
We teach one of the oldest type of modern Hatha Yoga called integral or classical Yoga. We also teach Tibetan Yoga and different techniques of meditation including the single pointed and analytical types.
Loic is the main teacher of the retreat center and sometimes welcomes guest teachers that are willing to share their practice with our guests.
He has been practicing and studying Hatha Yoga for more than 10 years in India and around the world with some influences from Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnudevananda and B.K.S Iyengar. He decided to start the practice of meditation autodidactically in his living room nearly 20 years ago. He then started to follow some teachings of his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in India and around the world, took part in Goenka Vipassana retreats and is currently following some master studies in Buddhism in the Gelukpa Tibetan tradition.
Loic also has some knowledge on Ayurveda, Tibetan medicine and western nutrition.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE RETREAT
This retreat should be taken as an inspiration to improve your lifestyle through proper breathing, exercising and eating. A particular attention has been brought on the program for you to learn how to eat healthy, take care of your body and avoid all food that generate acidity and could bring illnesses, cholesterol, blood sugar excess and overweight on the long term.
This is not meant to heal any illnesses but to give you a starting point for changing your behaviours and eating habits and go towards a healthier body and mind.
INTENSIVE YOGA RETREAT
This is a great opportunity for regular Yoga practicioners to deepen their knowledge and increase their practice.
Everyday, there will be a morning meditation session followed by 1 morning and 1 afternoon intermediate/advanced Hatha Yoga session of 2 hours each, an afternoon talk and some nice healthy food!
We encourage people to do these kind of retreats at least once or twice a year to increase motivation and get deeper into the Yogic practice.
YOGA & MEDITATION RETREAT
Want to experience some physical and mental changes in your life? Open your mind, come and participate to our Yoga & Meditation retreats! We will focus on the practice of Hatha Yoga once or twice a day with some meditation sessions, talks and healthy food.
You don't need to be an experienced yogi to participate to this retreat but first time comers should collect some basic information on yoga, breathing techniques and meditation before attending.
VEGETARIAN COOKING RETREAT
We are offering these retreats for people to discover vegetarism. Being a vegetarian is not only giving up meat and fish but is mainly adapting his diet and eating habits to the needs of our body.
The everyday program will be 1 morning yoga class. A talk on vegetarian nutrition followed by a cooking class in the afternoon.
Some nice healthy food and snacks will also be offered throughout the day.
We will also sometimes have renowned special guests like Gintare Marcel coming over to offer special cooking retreats.
